Wallpaper (Conky & Xplanet)
Conky is a nice way to build a dynamic and usefull wallpaper. The archive contains scripts in ~/.conky/:
- conky.sh
- is the main script launched when the session starts.
- hard
- is a conky configuration file that shows information about your system.
- meteo
- is a conky configuration file that show the current weather. It uses meteo.py to download weather information from Meteociel.
- xplanet-bg
- is a script that uses Xplanet to shows the Earth in the background. This script requires xplanet, wget and hsetroot.
You can edit conky.sh to enable the components you need. In my configuration, everything is now disabled.
